  • Advice relating to your individual situation.
  • Completion of the finance application.
  • Lodgement of your application and follow up with the Lender to ensure your application gets priority.
  • Finance approval letter sent to the Real Estate Agent and your Settlement Agent.
  • Sign up of the lenders documentation and return to the lending institution.
  • Completion and lodgement of your First Home Owners Grant, if applicable.
  • Follow up with the lender and Settlement Agent to ensure your settlement goes through on time.
  • After sales service and advice whenever you need us, or, if you’d just like a chat.
  • Annual review of your interest rates and package to ensure you are still getting the best deal.
  • Need an increase in your loan, decide to fix the interest rate or need advice on purchasing another property, give me a call.
  • Can’t contact the Bank?. I’ve worked for Bank’s for the last 26 years and although I haven’t got access to their systems, I can point you in the right direction, or give you advice on what you need to ask for.
  • Preparation of your Discharge of Mortgage authority, when you sell your property.
  • All of our services are followed up to ensure the lending process is as painless as possible for you.
